Me and My Leadership: 3-4 Hour Workshop
At Leading Teams we believe that “we all bring different gifts to the table.” What are yours? Are you aware of, and can you articulate your strengths, natural preferences and the gifts that you bring to your business and to your team? How do you leverage your strengths better, and those of your Forum mates or your teammates at work? This workshop includes 2-3 assessments: Myers-Briggs, Clifton Strengths 34 “StrengthFinders,” and Kolbe A. Each individual will take the selected assessments and receive a private coaching session to review and understand you own results. The group will engage in an interactive session where you will become more aware of your team/Forum mates’ strengths and leadership style. Thoughtful discussion will help all participants celebrate the beautiful gifts that we all bring to the table and explore how to enhance our leadership style for our own personal and professional growth.
