Patty Campagna is a coach, a facilitator, and a collaborative leader who is passionate about helping individuals and teams unlock their potential.  She founded Leading Teams to help spread her gift of finding and nurturing the best in others to help you and your company achieve your goals faster.

Patty’s ability to connect and empathize helps those around her to feel at ease and open up to foster both personal and professional growth.  Her positive energy and her strategic insights energize others with a vision of the future and motivate individuals and teams to achieve more.

As a Forum trainer for the Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO), Patty frequently facilitates groups in both workshops and customized retreats through a process of shared self-discovery that propels the individuals towards realizing their potential. She is a certified professional coach and Myers-Briggs (MBTI) personality assessment facilitator and has coached, counseled and led leaders of all ages and stages in their journey of self-discovery.  Her work with Leading Teams is the perfect blend of her coaching, leadership and facilitation skills. 

Patty has 25+ years of team leadership and management experience, working in both public and private companies and also in the non-profit sector.  Her work has taken her to approximately 40 countries working with both entrepreneurs and senior executives from many Fortune 100 companies, thus developing her ability to connect with others and build trust quickly in high-profile environments.  From customer service to execution, Patty is able to deliver and has been formally recognized for her achievements.

Her passion for travel is shared with her husband, Michael, and their two young children.  Patty is also known by thousands as “Splatty,” the leadership camp counselor, as she has been an active leader in the Illinois Association of Junior High Student Councils (IAJHSC) Summer Leadership Camp for more than 30 years.
